• Staying clear of fan sightlines and security pathways

• Maintaining discretion and professionalism backstage or during prep

• No livestreaming or unauthorized real-time posting

• Following all venue safety, lighting, and security guidelines

Our role is to blend into your team — ensuring every moment is captured without interrupting the flow of performance.

4) Coverage & Deliverables
